Hello, I am Reinaldo Hernandez the founder and principal of Hogar Residential Designs. Originally from Miami, I have proudly called Atlanta home since 2014.

I earned my Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami in 2007 and my Master of Architectural and Design Urbanism from the University of Notre Dame in 2014. I have been a registered architect since 2018.

Throughout my career, I have been honored to receive several awards recognizing my work, including the ICAA Addison Mizner Emerging Classicist Award in 2016, the Neel Reid Prize from the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation in 2017, and the ICAA Shutze Award for Emerging Classicist in 2019.

Drawing on my education, professional experience, and passion for residential architecture, I work closely with homeowners to create thoughtful, timeless designs that reflect their vision, lifestyle, and aspirations. Whether designing a new home, renovation, or addition, my goal is to help bring each client's vision to life with beauty, functionality, and lasting value.
